The above Terms apply to all transactions except where agreed in writing to the contrary by Barcelona Flowers and the customer.
- Product Availability
Fresh flowers are natural products and are subject to seasonal availability, weather conditions, and supplier stock levels.
While we make every effort to supply the exact products ordered, certain varieties, colours, or sizes may occasionally be unavailable. In such cases, we may offer a suitable alternative of equal or greater value after informing the customer whenever possible.
The pictures of products shown on our site are representative only, as natural variation will occur with color, bloom size, and overall appearance.
- Orders & Payment
Your order will be processed after it has been confirmed and accepted by Barcelona Flowers and payment has been received, or credit terms have been arranged.
We accept payment through approved payment methods specified by our company.
The customer agrees to ensure that payment details are correctly stated. Order processing and shipping may be delayed if payment information is invalid.
Delayed shipments or account suspension may occur if payments are not remitted by their respective due dates, in which case additional charges may apply where lawful.
- Delivery
We make every effort to complete and dispatch orders to be received on your specified date. However, these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

- Inspection of Goods
Customers are encouraged to inspect all products immediately upon receipt.
If there are any questions concerning quality, quantity, damaged goods, or if you received incorrect items, please contact our team within 24 hours of delivery. If any claims are filed after this period, our team may not be able to take action.

- Returns & Refunds

Barcelona Flowers cannot be held responsible for deterioration resulting from improper transportation, storage conditions, handling practices, or environmental factors after delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to adhere to the care instructions upon delivery of products.
- Force Majeure
Barcelona Flowers shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

- Severe weather conditions
